We recently purchased a newly-built house, and the master closet that House of Closets designed and built was a major selling point for us. It’s much more luxurious and well-organized than most master closets I’ve seen in homes and from other companies like California Closets. After we moved in, we wanted to make some changes, so we worked with Gil at House of Closets to have those done. We replaced some shelving areas with more laundry hampers, adjusted the heights of some hanging clothing areas, and added accessories such as tie and belt racks, valet rods, and a jewelry drawer. We also hired House of Closets to build a new cabinet above the toilet area in our bathroom for storing toilet paper, etc. They installed a tall white melamine cabinet with raised fronts and crown moldings to match the rest of the room. Overall, the work was done very well. The installers forgot to bring some of the necessary parts for the master closet the first time and slightly damaged one shelf when adding a hamper, but they took care of those items when they came back to do the bathroom cabinet a few weeks later. I would suggest considering installing the smaller closet accessories like the tie and belt racks yourself, since theirs are nothing special and they are relatively expensive. We’re very pleased with our new closet and cabinet, and we’re considering hiring House of Closets to install storage cabinets in our garage in a few months.

We just had our master bedroom closet done by House of Closets. We got quotes from a few of the bigger chain closet people and House of Closets blew them away in price, design and customer services. These people are professional, knowledgeable and honest. They were in constant communication with us, letting us know every step of the process along the way. It’s a family own business which I love. Ron came out to our house for the initial design consultation. He listened to what we wanted and our budget and worked within those guidelines. He gave us several options to choose from and did NOT pressure us to do anything outside our budget. When the installers came out, there were 4 workers and they were in and out of here in 4 hours. They were courteous, professional and left the place spotless. Our experience was perfect and I highly recommend House of Closets. We will be using them again for our garage!

This is the first custom installed closets we were installing. We did an addition to our house and added a walk in closet. I research a lot of the larger closet companies and just didn’t feel 100 percent about using any of them. After finding House of Closets on Yelp and reading all the positive reviews about them I decided to use them for my closets. First of all they have an A+ rating with the BBB, and all their state licenses are current with proper insurances. When I called the receptionist she was very helpful and polite. I was very impress that the consultant that came to our house was a gentlemen name Gil and he happens to be the owner of the company (how many companies does the owner actually come to the customer). In a very short time Gil had design our closets better than we had envision. Gil has many years in this business and contrary to what our initial design was his design was better and more useful. We sign the contract and he said it would be about two weeks for installation. To our surprise we were contacted and was told the closets can be installed in 1 1/2 weeks. The installers came on time and did a great job, they were very professional and respectful. I cannot say enough how pleasant it was to do business with a company like this. The price is very reasonable, very good quality they manufacture their own cabinets in house, and Gil is a great person to do business with. I would also like to mention that after I purchase the cabinets i decided to add an additional valet rod and Gil included the extra valet rod at no charge. Like someone mention in a previous post he does not nickle and dime you. He operates his company the way successful companies should be run. I would definitely use them again and will refer them to all my friends.

We just got our closets done by House of Closets..they were fantastic. Ron (the owner’s son) knows what he’s doing and doesn’t pressure you to upgrade etc…they care about quality and their prices are more reasonable than California Closets. They are a family business and care about making you happy and satisfied vs. “nickle and diming you”. We did our master bedroom walk in closets and our daughter’s room. Ron made one minor mistake during the installation (forgot that I ordered slanted shoe racks vs. flat) and came out the following week to install the correct shelves immediately- no problem or issues. I highly recommend them.
